Wayne Rooney, who recently recovered from a knee injury, may face West Ham United for the FA Cup quarter-final replay on Wednesday this week.

Manchester United’s manager Louis van Gaal was at the 1-0 Premier League Division One victory over Middlesbrough to see Rooney put in a steady display. He didn’t rule out Rooney’s potential involvement in the game against West Ham.

However, the 30-year-old player’s performance, particularly in the first half, didn’t suggest that he has returned to his top efficiency after the knee injury.

On Sunday, the club scored 1-0 victory over Everton, moving back into fifth. Now, the club is one place and one point behind Manchester City. The difference can be wiped out as there are still seven matches left to play.

Three solid reasons to support Donald Trump

While a movement by social conservatives and moderate Republicans is trying to block Donald Trump, many argue that Republicans should back him if he secures the party’s nomination for the president.

There are some really strong reasons why Republicans should support Trump in the race for the nation’s top political post, if he win the nomination.

The foremost reason is that Republicans have overwhelmingly supported him. He has already won 739 delegates, more than 7.8 million votes and nineteen of the 29 states that have been declared their decisions.
